Once people make their early opinion, it may become self-perpetuating—one negative feedback may lead to many more if you’re not careful. For example, if you are seen as trying to change too many things people may start to believe that you do not fit well, they may start to challenge everything you say. And if you make a bad decision people will question your judgment and will doubt your future decisions. Does not mean that you cannot take risks or cannot make mistakes. There will still be a way to do the things you want, but the way may not be the same as before.
