Let me start by asking you one question. What is the speed at which you drive your car? Now tell me if you can drive at the same speed if there is dense fog? Now consider that another vehicle is driving ahead of you in the fog, with blinkers on and is moving with confidence. Does it somehow make it easier to drive in the fog?

That is the role, a leader has to play in this current situation due to COVID-19. You must give confidence to your teams so that they can march ahead at a decent pace in this unprecedented situation. But what about your own fears, anxieties as a leader?
